Mentoring AMA: Starting a Mentoring Program and When It’s Time for Software

Join us for an “Ask Me Anything” virtual event with several Chronus mentoring experts! The topic will be about how to start a mentoring program and when it makes sense to think about software to help you automate and scale within your organization. Come ask questions, get advice and gain new insights to run a successful mentoring program.

Come prepared with your own questions, or get some inspiration from the following:

  • How do I get buy-in from leadership?
  • What are common mistakes to avoid?
  • What are the benefits of starting a mentoring program?
  • What should I consider before starting a program?
  • At what point does using software make sense?
