Jodi Petersen is VP of AI Content Strategy at Chronus, where she sits at the intersection of two things she has spent her career mastering: building mentoring programs that actually work and harnessing AI to make them available at scale. Her team’s daily mission is helping Chronus customers design and scale mentoring initiatives that move the needle on engagement, retention, development, and culture.

Jodi is one of the most recognized mentoring strategists in the industry. She founded MentorStrat after architecting and leading an enterprise mentoring program for a Fortune 50 company, work that helped earn a spot on DiversityInc’s Top Companies for Mentoring list and the 2022 Mentoring Champion of the Year award from MentorcliQ.

Before MentorStrat, she spent eight years at Humana across roles spanning CRM program management, product management, and talent management, including leading the company’s enterprise mentoring function. That combination of practitioner credibility and strategic vision is what she brings to every customer engagement at Chronus today.

Jodi holds a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University and an MBA in Business Management from California Pacific University.
