New CRO and CFO roles will strengthen operational evolution, support company growth
Bellevue, WA — Chronus, the leading enterprise mentoring platform, today announced the appointment of two new executives to C-level roles supporting the company’s growth and plans for advancing future-ready mentoring in the workplace. Nick Milne-Home has joined as Chief Revenue Officer and Mostafa Ahmed as Chief Financial Officer.
This news follows last year’s Level Equity investment of $78 million to fund growth initiatives and accelerate Chronus’ ability to serve the needs of organizations looking to adapt their workforce to thrive in a more hybrid and inclusive future.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Milne-Home will be accountable for driving integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing and sales. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Ahmed is responsible for finance, accounting, legal, M&A, investor relations and overall business operations.
Additionally, Chronus recently introduced two additional executive roles within the organization, further strengthening the leadership team:
- Vice President of People Experience & DEI – Sara Rahmani, who joined in October, is focusing on employee development, culture, engagement programs, belonging, diversity and inclusion.
- Director of Account Management – Rebekah Kaiser, who joined in November, is responsible for developing long-term strategies to strengthen client relationships and scale and grow an organization’s mentoring footprint.

Nick Milne-Home, Chief Revenue Officer
Nick Milne-Home’s most recent role was Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Parse.ly which he transformed from a niche Analytics tool for media companies into the leading Content Analytics solution for all enterprises. Milne-Home repositioned the business, grew revenues, achieved profitability, resulting in the acquisition of Parse.ly by Automattic Inc. Prior to Parse.ly, Milne-Home spent 13 years at 1E where he was Chief Operating Officer and President.
Mostafa Ahmed, Chief Financial Officer
Mostafa Ahmed has over 25 years of progressive financial and operational experience. Prior to Chronus, Ahmed served as the Managing Partner of Vertex Accounting Solutions, a professional firm he started to provide emerging high-tech companies an access to senior financial executives on a fractional basis, and as the Managing Partner of Blackstone Realty, an investment firm he started to provide investors with a low-risk high-return investment vehicle in real estate.
Sara Rahmani, Vice President of People Experience & DEI
Sara Rahmani is a dynamic culture builder focused on creating belonging and authenticity in the workplace. Prior to Chronus, Rahmani created curriculum and developed district-wide academic programs for the Texas public school system. She has also worked in several talent roles as a consultant for Vista Private Equity, a global HR leader for high tech companies and in the legal field.
Rebekah Kaiser, Director of Account Management
A member of Latinas in Tech, Rebekah Kaiser is enthusiastic about leveraging mentoring to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion across the workforce landscape. Prior to Chronus, Kaiser held leadership positions at SaaS companies, Marchex and Rosetta Stone with a focus on the customer journey, from onboarding to renewal. In her previous roles, she delivered enterprise programs for global Fortune 500 organizations.
