Jodi Petersen is VP of AI Content Strategy at Chronus, where she helps customers design and scale mentoring programs that drive engagement, retention, development, and culture. One of the most recognized mentoring strategists in the industry, she founded MentorStrat after leading an enterprise mentoring program for a Fortune 50 company, work that earned a spot on DiversityInc’s Top Companies for Mentoring list and the 2022 Mentoring Champion of the Year award from MentorcliQ.

Before MentorStrat, Jodi spent eight years at Humana across CRM, product, and talent management roles, including leading the company’s enterprise mentoring function. She holds a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University and an MBA from California Pacific University.
