Overcoming Blockers, Undertaking Leadership: Real Talk with Women VPs

Diversity in leadership is vital to a thriving organization’s culture and business. At Chronus, we have several women VPs running the helm of important functions from marketing and customer success to sales and people experience.

As a part of our celebration of Women’s History Month, we are spotlighting our women leaders in a panel discussion about their unique experiences that lead them to leadership positions, the obstacles they faced to get there and the advice they have for other women looking to navigate the leadership pipeline in the workplace.

Join us to discover:

  • How they knew they wanted to pursue leadership roles
  • Whether they encountered implicit bias or push back
  • What role mentorship has played in their professional journeys
  • What advice they would give other women trying to advance their careers

This webinar is approved for 1 SHRM recertification credit.
