Lara Koroye, Senior HR Specialist, World Bank Group Mentoring Team
Lara Koroye is a Senior HR Specialist at the World Bank Group and leads Mentoring Programs Team and a few of the Leadership Development Programs. Lara has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources focusing on developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance leaders, individuals, and team effectiveness, in the private and public sectors in the USA and UK. She has led the design and implementation of mentoring programs for the different stages of the employment career lifecycle – early, mid to late career, and is a mentor to budding young professionals and experienced entrepreneurs.


Stuart Machir, Consultant, World Bank Group Mentoring Team
Stuart is currently a Consultant with the Mentoring Programs team at the World Bank Group. In this role he manages the WBG Chronus mentoring platform as well as the MentorConnect mentoring program. In addition, he coordinates the delivery of several corporate mentoring initiatives including Mentoring Month and the MentoringMatters! Awards. Stuart has over 15 years experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development in both the public and private sector. He is an experienced change manager and learning designer.


Susan Delau Butterfield, Consultant, World Bank Group Mentoring Team
Susan is a Consultant for the World Bank Group (WBG). She has more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of human capital solutions that positively impact individual, team and organizational performance. As a member of the World Bank Mentoring Team, Susan contributed to the design and implementation of the Bank’s mentoring strategy as well as the development of related processes, tools and training. She frequently consults with leadership teams to design mentoring programs to support their strategic priorities and has been involved in numerous initiatives to create the enabling environment required to sustain a mentoring culture.


Jonah Jimenez, Account Manager, Chronus
Jonah is an Account Manager who partners with executives and leaders to help organizations retain, help, and engage their most important asset – their people. After years of working with world-renowned companies and institutions on enterprise roll out strategies for mentorship and development programs, Jonah believes that having a pulse on organizational behavior and culture are imperative to building sustainable initiatives. Along with being a mentorship professional, Jonah is a certified DEI Champion who continues his lifelong education through learning experiences and participating in company DEI&B discussions and ERGs.
