Jessica Logan
Career Development Consultant | Houston Methodist

Jes joined Houston Methodist in 2018, and serves as a Career Development Consultant,
focusing on the strategic design, development, and deployment of career development
initiatives across the Houston Methodist system.

Jes began her professional career as a research scientist and faculty member with a
specialty in cognitive neuroscience, focused on memory and learning. She completed
her Ph.D. and post-doc in Cognitive Psychology and Neuroscience at Washington
University in St. Louis. She was a faculty member in Psychology at Rice University until
2015 when she moved into the healthcare industry. In 2018, she joined Houston
Methodist, first in Organizational Development and now in Career Development. She
currently serves as a Career Development Consultant, focusing on the strategic design,
development, and deployment of career development initiatives across the Houston
Methodist system. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Jes is particularly passionate
about using mentoring and strengths psychology to help individuals build awareness of
their own styles and gifts and leverage the experience and insights of those around
them to achieve their professional development goals.

Lola Tumaini
Membership Marketing Specialist | American Nurses Association

Lola Tumaini is a Senior Membership Marketing Specialist at the American Nurses Association, where she leads efforts to enhance member retention through strategic marketing initiatives. With over six years of experience at ANA, she oversees the organization’s Mentoring Hub programs, including the Career Mentoring and Flash Mentoring program, helping nurses connect, grow, and advance in their careers. Her work focuses on strengthening the ANA membership value proposition, including initiatives to prevent nurse burnout and support professional development. Passionate about mentorship, Lola Tumaini plays a key role in creating meaningful connections that empower nurses at all stages of their careers.

Janelle Wozniak
Nursing Education Specialist (Mentorship &Leadership Development) | Mayo Clinic

Janelle Wozniak is a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioner responsible for Leadership Development and Mentorship within the Department of Nursing at Mayo Clinic, and also supports the Enterprise Staffing Pool. Her previous roles included serving as a Clinical Resource Nurse for the Burn ICU in Abu Dhabi as part of Mayo Clinic’s joint venture, an NPD practitioner supporting inpatient staff within medical cardiology, a staff nurse in progressive and intensive care, a charge nurse, a Rapid Response Team (RRT) nurse, a preceptor, and she has served on multiple committees. Janelle also has a passion for academia and served as adjunct faculty for Winona State University, both in the clinical setting and high-fidelity simulation. Janelle received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University, MI, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Winona State University, MN.
