Janice and Colette will share practical insights, stories, and strategies from their work championing employee communities that bring people together across their organizations. From professional development–focused networks to creative affinity groups, they’ve both seen firsthand how meaningful communities can strengthen culture, connection, and employee experience.
Janice will highlight some of MD Anderson’s imaginative approaches—like the employee community that bonds over Pokémon Go—while Colette will share how TEKsystems fosters inclusive, mission-driven communities that support belonging, visibility, and growth.
