In this discussion-based session, you’ll hear from Chronus SMEs who run our own thriving Chronus Book Club, sharing what they’ve learned about sparking participation, keeping discussions lively, and building a community that employees genuinely look forward to being part of. We’ll also explore how other organizations are using shared interests (think gaming, art, cooking, podcasts, volunteering, and more) to create spaces where employees can connect authentically.
