SEATTLE, WA – Chronus, the leading employee-driven mentoring and ERG platform, today announces it has acquired MentorStrat, a mentoring consultancy focused on developing and executing strategies for Fortune 500 mentoring programs. The acquisition further strengthens Chronus’ approach to helping companies combat the organizational connection crisis in the workplace by activating mentoring, ERGs and employee purpose.
Led by Jodi Petersen, MentorStrat has helped enterprise organizations meet their mentoring goals through enterprise-scale strategy and roadmap development, tackling all the details to build a successful program— align, design, launch, guide, and measure. The company has worked with the likes of Cisco, Generac, Naval Nuclear Laboratory, ASPCA, Select USA, The Forum, American Heart Association and more.
Chronus will absorb MentorStrat’s approach and process to helping organizations create, scale and reimagine mentorship to help support their highest priority people and inclusive community objectives. Chronus will also implement MentorStrat’s virtual courses for mentors and mentees to learn how to successfully navigate mentorships and develop the core skills necessary to drive mentoring success. This includes a Mentoring Program Manager Certification Program, which helps program managers and admins create impactful organizational mentoring programs. MentorStrat’s work has reached across:
