SEATTLE, WA – Chronus, the leading employee-driven development platform, is pleased to announce Wes Muschara has joined the company as the Vice President of Product. In his new role, Wes is poised to further sharpen Chronus’ innovative development platform to help clients and their teams combat current workplace issues such as employee disengagement and connectivity.

Over the last 13 years, Wes Muschara has been a crucial leader in product strategy and product management for a number of HR tech companies including ADP, Deloitte, and Apex HCM. Prior to Chronus, Wes was the Chief Product Officer at Apex HCM, where he was responsible for developing the product management strategy, process and team, and also handled sourcing and growing company partnerships. Upon Apex HCM’s acquisition by IRIS, Wes was elevated to lead the company’s Payroll Product Management team where he developed and executed a comprehensive product strategy plan, and built fruitful and impactful partnerships for the organization.
Wes brings not only a deep understanding of the HR tech landscape, but also comes to the Chronus table with extensive leadership experience in a number of disciplines. Starting off his professional career with service in the United States Army, Wes served as commissioned officer in the 101st Airborne Division, which included a year-long deployment to Iraq. After his military service, Wes embarked on an eight-year sales career before transitioning into product management. He currently holds a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin.
In his new role, Wes will be focused on ensuring Chronus remains the preferred market leader in the employee-driven development segment, with a heavy emphasis on producing solutions that are simple, scalable and inclusive. With a keen eye for current workplace and human capital challenges, Wes is intent on generating talent connection tools for leading enterprise organizations.
