Chronus’ October release tackles this challenge head-on by focusing on key reasons that can lead to disengagement within mentoring programs – lack of clarity, a poor partner match, uncertainty around what to discuss, and analytics that don’t go deep enough for program administrators to know how to intervene when needed. The new product capabilities available to customers in the Chronus platform include:
- Game Plan Builder. Participants must understand why they’re in the program and what they want to achieve. To that end, Chronus has introduced the Game Plan Builder, an AI-guided experience that helps participants reflect on and set goals for their mentoring partnership. This structured reflection ensures each participant enters their mentorship with focus and intent.
- Purpose-Enhanced Matching. Chronus is making its proprietary Purpose Assessment, which helps each individual better understand how they’re best motivated at work, available to all customers as part of its core platform experience. This allows administrators to add another aspect to matching by pairing participants around shared motivational drivers. Purpose-enhanced matching ensures that trust is fast-tracked by matching participants on a level deeper than their job title or skills.
- Guided Conversation Agendas. Mentoring only works if participants meet and have high-impact conversations that align with their goals. Building on Chronus’ Guided Conversations released earlier this year, participants now have access to pre-built agendas that boost confidence, reduce friction, and encourage them to prioritize mentorship meetings amid competing demands.
- In-a-Word Sentiment Reporting. Administrators will gain enhanced visibility into the impact of mentoring meetings happening throughout a program with the new In-a-Word sentiment reporting, capturing how participants’ mindsets shift. Each participant is asked to reflect on how they’re feeling before and after each mentoring conversation. The reflection also ensures they’re more likely to carry that improved sentiment forward to the rest of their working day.
