Calculating the ROI of Diversity & Inclusion: The Value of Evidence-Based Outcomes and Mentoring Metrics

Applying effective Inclusion metrics is a framework for success that empowers organization executives and leaders to better understand and manage their firm’s most valuable asset – their people. When an organization’s values are in alignment with their “People Brand Promise” value is created in the form of brand equity. That equity can be leveraged to drive sustainable competitive advantage and superior financial performance. Inclusion is the invisible thread that ties the elements of an organization’s culture together. It allows workers to bring their full capabilities to bear in the workplace by fostering a unified culture of acceptance and idea utilization.

This webinar enables participants to use cutting-edge methods and metrics to calculate the impact of D&I on an organization’s overall performance, while providing best practices to enact proper initiatives company-wide.
