How to Gauge Mentoring Success Using Benchmarks

Have you ever wondered how your mentoring program’s performance and impact compare to other organizations running similar programs?

You may think your program is doing well, but it’s tough to measure its overall performance without knowing how best-in-class programs perform.

In our new Mentoring Benchmarks report, we analyzed and segmented Chronus customer data to help organizations understand three key metrics to program success: enrollment, matching and engagement.

In this webinar, we will discuss some of the key findings from the report, and explore how you can apply these learnings to improve your mentoring programs.

You will learn more about:

  • Enrollment, matching and engagement benchmarks
  • Steps to improve poor performance in these three areas
  • How mentoring software accelerates program adoption and improves matching and engagement

See you there!
