Cassie Brown
Director of Alumni Communities | Harvard Business School

Cassie Brown is the Director of Alumni Communities at Harvard Business School. In her role, she is responsible for leading strategic efforts to engage targeted alumni communities and segments, such as MBA students, recent alumni, and alumnae. The role involves creating and implementing cross-departmental engagement strategies, including program creation, messaging, and measurements.

Cassie has held various positions at Harvard University over the past thirteen years, all centered around alumni engagement. She is passionate about working for an organization with a mission to better the world.

Outside of work, Cassie enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their two rescue dogs. She is a former college lacrosse athlete and a graduate of the College of Wooster, where she majored in Communications and minored in Spanish. Cassie also holds a master’s degree in management from Harvard University.

Tony Moraga
SVP, Head of D&I Workforce & Workplace | PNC

Tony Moraga is responsible for the team dedicated to driving employee engagement, creating development opportunities, building inclusive leadership skills, and promoting community involvement for PNC’s more than 55,000 employees. He leads a team overseeing the 129 chapters of PNC’s 13 distinct Employee Business Resource Groups, enterprise peer-to-peer mentoring program, and strategic councils at the corporate level and by line of business.

Previously, Tony served as the Manager of Social Impact & Diversity, leading the bank’s portfolio of innovative programs to promote financial health, social entrepreneurship, and inclusive leadership. Before joining the bank in 2014, Moraga held positions with StartOut, the San Francisco LGBT Community Center, and the Golden Gate Business Association focused on supporting LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs in scaling their business ventures through networking, education, and access to capital.

Moraga earned a master’s in social business and entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor’s in business administration from California State University Los Angeles. In 2023, he was named to Diversity MBA’s Top 50 Executives Under 50 and the Los Angeles Times Visionary D&I Leaders. He holds certificates in Corporate Citizenship and Diversity & Inclusion from Boston College and Cornell University, respectively, and volunteers with several community organizations.

Dave Wright
Talent Acquisition & Development Manager | City of Seattle

Dave is a public-sector operations leader with 20+ years of experience in program and project management, specializing in talent acquisition and development. He has spent over a decade with the City of Seattle, leading teams and initiatives that drive employee recruitment, growth, and retention. As a servant leader, Dave is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces, empowering others, and creating opportunities for continuous learning and development. He holds an M.P.A. and a B.A. in Psychology and serves on the board of Evergreen Goodwill Industries of the Pacific Northwest.
