Information Session: Mentoring for Racial Equity Grant Program 2021
Unfortunately, racism is a systemic issue that permeates every aspect of our culture. Without intentional interventions, inequities will remain. As an organization, we strive to support impactful mentoring programs through software and services for organizations working diligently to seek racial equity and justice.
Research has proven mentoring can enable people to learn from one another, break down barriers and, foster skills and knowledge that can propel individuals to future success. This is why we created the Mentoring for Racial Equity grant program, an annual program where Chronus grants one U.S. non-profit organization focused on improving racial equity for the Black community, Indigenous community and/or other communities of color a basic three-year contract to our mentoring platform and services, with support for up to 500 end users concurrently + $7,500 in cash to help support the administration of the program.
In this webinar, we’ll explain:
- How mentoring dismantles systemic inequities
- What types of mentoring formats are best suited for a mentoring platform
- How the Chronus mentoring software can elevate your manual mentoring program
We’ll also answer any questions you might have about the application process or selection process associated with the grant program. Join us to learn more and prepare your application for greater success.
