Rights over your data – Certain data privacy laws afford individuals additional rights over their data, such as the right to request access or erasure of your personal data. If you are interested in submitting a data subject request, you may inquire at legal@chronus.com.

Chronus as a Data Processor

Chronus also processes customer personal data as a “data processor” (also known as a “service provider”) on behalf of Chronus’ customers.

Further details about how Chronus processes customer personal data are set out in individual privacy agreements with each customer.

Privacy Contracts – Chronus provides customers with additional data processing terms as required under GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. In most cases, your customer services agreement will incorporate a “data processing agreement” or “DPA” which will include these privacy terms. Subprocessors – We maintain a list of the subprocessors that we use as part of our products and services, including the activities and services performed by such subprocessors and their primary location of processing.
