We operate in accordance with internal privacy and data protection policies that are based on privacy principles that underlie international privacy regimes, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Privacy Act (CCPA).

Chronus as a Data Controller

Our Privacy Practices – Our privacy policy is available at https://chronus.com/privacy-policy and sets out how Chronus processes personal data in its role as a “data controller” for purposes such as business administration and marketing. This notice includes information about how we use cookies and similar technology when you interact with us through our website.

Marketing Opt-outs –  If you would like to opt-out of select communications from us, you may update your marketing preferences at any time at https://get.chronus.com/preference-center.html.

Rights over your data – Certain data privacy laws afford individuals additional rights over their data, such as the right to request access or erasure of your personal data. If you are interested in submitting a data subject request, you may inquire at legal@chronus.com.

Chronus as a Data Processor

Chronus also processes customer personal data as a “data processor” (also known as a “service provider”) on behalf of Chronus’ customers.

Our Privacy Practices – Chronus’ Platform Privacy Policy sets out general details about how Chronus processes customer personal data. The Platform Privacy Policy is available at https://chronus.com/platform-privacy-policy. Further details about how Chronus processes customer personal data are set out in individual privacy agreements with each customer.

Privacy Contracts – Chronus provides customers with additional data processing terms as required under GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. In most cases, your customer services agreement will incorporate a “data processing agreement” or “DPA” which will include these privacy terms. If your services agreement does not incorporate a DPA, please contact your sales representative or reach out to us at legal@chronus.com.

Subprocessors – We maintain a list of the subprocessors that we use as part of our products and services, including the activities and services performed by such subprocessors and their primary location of processing.
