At Chronus we value your privacy and are committed to protecting and securing the personal data of all of our customers. We operate in accordance with internal privacy and data protection policies that are based on privacy principles that underlie international privacy regimes, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Privacy Act (CCPA).
Marketing Opt-outs – If you would like to opt-out of select communications from us, you may update your marketing preferences at any time at https://get.chronus.com/preference-center.html.
Rights over your data – Certain data privacy laws afford individuals additional rights over their data, such as the right to request access or erasure of your personal data. If you are interested in submitting a data subject request, you may inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Chronus also processes customer personal data as a “data processor” (also known as a “service provider”) on behalf of Chronus’ customers.
Privacy Contracts – Chronus provides customers with additional data processing terms as required under GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. In most cases, your customer services agreement will incorporate a “data processing agreement” or “DPA” which will include these privacy terms. If your services agreement does not incorporate a DPA, please contact your sales representative or reach out to us at email@example.com.
Subprocessors – We maintain a list of the subprocessors that we use as part of our products and services, including the activities and services performed by such subprocessors and their primary location of processing. Our current list of subprocessors is available at https://chronus.com/subprocessors.
