Courtney Deimel

As the Head of Special Projects, Courtney leads Chronus’ latest product innovation in employee purpose and the power of personalized, guided conversations at scale. As a former Head of HR, Courtney is an expert in high trust cultures and the future of work. She spent her entrepreneurial career at the intersection of product, HR and customer experience.
Aside from co-founding Imperative, a purpose-driven employee engagement platform acquired by Chronus in 2024, she was previously on the founding leadership team of Red Frog Events, recognized for record breaking revenue growth and for being a top workplace across Forbes, Chicago Tribune and Outside Magazine.
She’s passionate about humanizing work, loves being Aunt Coco to many nieces and nephews and enjoys dabbling in a new creative project whenever she can.
Renee Stefanik
Senior Solutions Consultant | Chronus
As a Sr Solutions Consultant, Renee plays a critical role in bridging the gap between technology and the user experience. Renee works with prospective clients helping them understand the value of the Chronus platform and demonstrates how it can bring their overall mentoring strategies and company objectives to life at scale.
Prior to Chronus, Renee is a seasoned solutions consultant with over 15 years experience in the HR Tech space. Renee was successful driving software implementation projects across diverse industries. With a proven track record of optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency, Renee has partnered with many clients to identify their needs and deliver tailored technology solutions that align with their strategic goals.
Sophie Williams Director of Product Marketing | Chronus |
Sophie Williams has been obsessed with providing mentors and mentees the tools they need to build impactful partnerships for over a decade. As the Director of Product Marketing at Chronus, she works with customers and the product team to enable dynamic connections that make a difference in the lives of people everywhere.
Sophie believes in the power of personal and professional development through mentorship. She co-founded eMentorConnect with her own mentor, Nancy Wolk, and grew to see how a mentor can have a profound impact on their partner’s development.
Sophie’s varied educational background has prepared her to work with different teams and customers. While earning a Bachelors of Art in International Relations from Agnes Scott College she worked for a tech startup in Atlanta, GA. Shortly after graduation she co-founded eMentorConnect and started her education in product, pivoting and running a small technology business. In 2022 she completed a MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
