Nicole Resch is a leader dedicated to humanizing the workforce and developing inclusive cultures where every employee can authentically say, “I am seen and valued here for every gift I have to offer.” As a Product Evangelist at Chronus, Nicole focuses on the storytelling of why Chronus is focused on activating purpose for employees and organization, and how it all works.
She is the Co-Founder of Imperative, the platform that connects and supports employees as peer career coaches. Imperative enables video-based peer coaching conversations across organizations that drive mindset and behavior changes that increase leadership abilities, productivity, and fulfillment.
Prior to Imperative, Nicole created and managed talent development programs for Microsoft. While there, she also partnered with Microsoft Philanthropies to globalize the annual giving campaign, which today includes over 45 countries. The founding chair of Upwardly Global, a nonprofit that connects highly skilled new Americans to jobs in their professions, Nicole is an advocate for environments that invite, value and view as strengths the differences each of us bring to our work and to the world.

As Vice President of Marketing, Lydia uses the art and science of strategic storytelling to showcase the incredible power of mentorship in developing employees, transforming organizational culture from the inside out and ensuring every employee feels connected to and supported by their organization.
Prior to Chronus, Lydia served in a number of marketing roles at PayScale – most recently Vice President of Corporate & Product Marketing – growing it from a disruptive startup to the market leader in the compensation data and software vertical. Previously, she led digital content teams at About.com and MSN.
Lydia is a strong advocate for creating more accessible paths to power for women, people of color and other historically marginalized groups in the labor market and economy. She has been a frequent speaker and media commentator on this topic and has contributed related content to various publications including Harvard Business Review, Money, Fortune and TechCrunch.
Lydia holds a BA in Journalism from Central Washington University.

With a proven track record of optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency, Renee has partnered with many clients to identify their needs and deliver tailored technology solutions that align with their strategic goals.

Sophie Williams Director of Product Marketing | Chronus |
Sophie Williams has been obsessed with providing mentors and mentees the tools they need to build impactful partnerships for over a decade. As the Director of Product Marketing at Chronus, she works with customers and the product team to enable dynamic connections that make a difference in the lives of people everywhere.
Sophie believes in the power of personal and professional development through mentorship. She co-founded eMentorConnect with her own mentor, Nancy Wolk, and grew to see how a mentor can have a profound impact on their partner’s development.
Sophie’s varied educational background has prepared her to work with different teams and customers. While earning a Bachelors of Art in International Relations from Agnes Scott College she worked for a tech startup in Atlanta, GA. Shortly after graduation she co-founded eMentorConnect and started her education in product, pivoting and running a small technology business. In 2022 she completed a MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
