In this webinar, we’ll walk you through:

  • Launching or Re-launching Your Program: We’ll guide you on using National Mentoring Month to get your mentoring program off the ground, including how to craft a compelling vision that resonates with employees and leadership.
  • Inviting New Participants: Learn how to attract new mentees and mentors, and why January is the ideal time to promote personal and professional growth through mentorship.
  • Re-engaging Your Current Cohort: Discover effective strategies to bring back past mentors and mentees who’ve participated in previous cohorts, helping them reconnect with the program’s purpose and success.

Mentoring plays a critical role in improving employee engagement, skill development, and organizational connection. National Mentoring Month provides a unique opportunity to harness this momentum, and we’ll show you how to leverage it for long-term impact.
