Please join us in February to discuss what’s in it for mentors and mentees – aka “W.I.I.F.Ms.” We know getting people to enroll and continue participating in mentoring can be a challenge. So let’s discuss how you’re making the case to your participants and potential participants that mentoring is important.

The topics we cover will be flexible, but we will start with a few questions:

• • What motivates your mentors to participate in mentorship?
  • What’s most important to mentees? What drives them to seek mentorship?
  • What stands in the way of people participating?
  • How have you aligned mentor and mentee motivators with your program goals?
