Chronus Wins Brandon Hall Gold Award for Best Advance in Technology for Remote Workforce

Mentoring platform receives recognition for virtual mentoring tools and integrations serving remote workforce during the ongoing pandemic

Bellevue, WA – Chronus, the leader in innovative mentoring software, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in the Best Advance in Technology Innovation for the Remote Workforce category. The awards, announced on Dec. 10, acknowledge organizations that have successfully showcased innovative technology, features, and platforms that have achieved measurable and impactful results.

The Brandon Hall award recognizes Chronus’ recent advancements in virtual mentoring tools and integrations in order to serve a largely remote workforce due to the ongoing health pandemic. Integrating with communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Skype and others has improved meeting capabilities for virtual mentoring partners across Chronus’ enterprise, academic, government and non-profit customers. These innovations have increased engagement across mentoring connections, a much needed support system during this year’s social distancing and physical isolation.

“We’re thrilled to receive this award that is the result of the collaboration between our customers and the Chronus team over the past year,” said Seena Mortazavi, CEO of Chronus. “With the major shifts in the workplace that developed abruptly, we listened to our customers’ needs and concerns, evolving our software, integrations and mentoring best practices to better serve and engage the new virtual workforce. The purpose and support of mentoring has grown alongside us this year, as more people are turning to mentoring to connect and comfort them in both a personal and professional mindset.”

In addition to the gold award, Chronus also won a Brandon Hall silver award for Best Advance in Online Mentoring Tools for their holistic approach to mentoring’s role in employee engagement and building a sustainable diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy.

“Technology is the great enabler of human capital management initiatives. It has never been more important than during this rapid evolution of remote work that challenged everyone to instantly adapt,” said Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer and awards program head Rachel Cooke. “Winners of Excellence in Technology Awards are critical drivers of their organizations’ success, especially in these disruptive times. Their solutions resulted in substantial benefit to their business and the human capital management function. That is the ultimate differentiator: the positive business impact of technology.”
