Special guest Katie Connor will join Chronus as the co-presenter, sharing her hands-on experience as the architect of the successful mentoring program at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado.

Universities are looking for smart ways they can better prepare students for entering today’s workforce. In this special one-time event, you’ll learn first-hand how one university is using student and alumni mentoring to equip students for success in school and beyond.

Ms. Connor will share her program details and insights on how her department is using mentoring for improved student experiences and successful job placements.
Attendees will learn:

  • Why a university should implement a student/alumni mentoring program
  • Key design factors to consider for success and sustainability in a broad-based student mentoring program
  • Discussion of the pipeline concept: mentoring from student entry through graduation and its effect on student satisfaction, job placements, and alumni engagement
  • How to define metrics and program outcomes with respect to student and mentor satisfaction and student development and success

This webinar is intended for university personnel responsible for the student experience and/or career planning. The 45 minute presentation will be followed by an interactive session where attendees are encouraged to bring real-world program questions and receive expert on-the-spot advice.
